Lime Tree Cottage B&B

Lime Tree Cottage B & B is located in a purpose-built eco-house in Herne, a charming Kent village located near the beach at Herne Bay, approximately 6 miles north of Canterbury. There is guest car parking on the gravelled driveway and regular local buses to the city centre and seafront.

There are 2 bedrooms available; The Red Room is a ground floor room with 4-poster bed and en suite wet room, ideally suited for guests with mobility difficulties. The Peacock Room is on the first floor, with French doors opening out to a Juliet Balcony, a king size sleigh bed and en suite room with double shower.

The guest rooms are equipped with FreeSat TV, free Wifi, easy chairs and a well-stocked beverage tray. Cots or folding beds can be provided for accompanying children. A delicious continental or cooked breakfast is included in the room tariffs. Herne Bay has a beach, seafront amusements and many restaurants and cafes.
