You will enjoy a warm welcome from Chris and Lesley, owners of The Denes guesthouse in Lynton, Devon. This beautiful Edwardian house with lots of original features is in an excellent location, close to local walking and cycling routes and the entrance to the local attraction The Valley of Rocks. We have a guest lounge and facilities to store outdoor clothing and dry off your boots off if needs be!

We have a range of en-suite rooms, all with lovely views and equipped with a TV, hospitality tray, hairdryer, alarm clock and luxurious Egyptian cotton linen. Breakfast served in our spacious dining room includes a wide range of hot and cold options, using primarily locally-sourced Devon produce. This includes a freshly cooked Full English, smoked haddock or scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. We can also provide a packed lunch if required.

Lynton is a pretty town within the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with cafes, pubs, tearooms, shops, museum and a cinema. Running through the town is the famous Tarka Trail. It is a haven for walkers who frequent the famous South-West Coastal Path, the Two Moors Way, Samaritans Way and the Coleridge Way. Exmoor is wonderful open space with moorland and woodland and is an International Dark Sky Reserve.
