William Caxton

The William Caxton is a historic pub situated at the end of the High Street in the market town of Tenterden, offering bed and breakfast accommodation. On the edge of the Kent Weald, with the town’s amenities and attractions within walking distance, we have a car park and welcome many travellers exploring the area.

There are 3 comfortable guest rooms available; 2 have double beds and en suite shower rooms and the other has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower. All are equipped with TV, Wifi and beverage tray. A delicious continental breakfast is included in the room rates to ensure a good start to the day.

The bar offers an open fire and an extensive range of drinks which can be enjoyed inside or out in the beer garden. Guests can order from a range of superb British dishes such as fish and chips or gammon steak, and a Thai menu with a range of curries and stir-fried meals. Our traditional Sunday lunches are also a popular choice.
