We offer 3 luxury self catering cottages, all are equipped to a very high modern standard and provide a comfortable base summer or winter, from which you can explore the glorious West Country and the many attractions and activities in the area.

Mole Cottage is purposely designed and adapted to be friendly for anyone using a wheelchair. Each cottage offers something different but each is superbly comfortable. We have an onsite angling centre, our 2 lakes have been stocked purposely to provide the right balance between variety and prolific sport.

There is so much to see and do in the area, numerous golden sandy beaches, Barnstaple with its many restaurants and pubs and the beautiful Exmoor right next door, we have the ideal location for your break in Devon.
