South Newlands Farm Cottages

South Newlands Farm Cottages are 4 self-catering holiday homes offering comfortable accommodation in a beautiful and rural setting, 10 miles south of York. Visit England 4-Star rated, 3 of the cottages are specially adapted to cater for guests with disabilities and / or the elderly.

The 3 Strawberry Fields Cottages have been furnished to a high standard, catering for up to 6 guests and with an M3 rating. Each are on ground floor level with wheelchair access, a wet room and variety of specialist aids available. There is a lounge, spacious kitchen with a dining area, master en suite double bedroom, twin room, a third bedroom with profiling beds if required and there is an outside seating area.

The Snug is a cosy annexe for 2 guests with a lounge, kitchen and twin bedroom. An additional bedroom can also be added if required. All our cottages are equipped with Wifi and have easily accessible car parking. There are local shops and a restaurant in the nearby village of Riccall, which is just over a mile away.
