Ascot House Hotel

A warm Yorkshire welcome awaits guests at the Ascot House Hotel in Harrogate. The former home of inventor W.H. Baxter from the mid-19th century, many of the original features including stained-glass windows, ornate stonework and decorative tiled floors remain. Today guests can enjoy beautiful guest rooms, a fine restaurant and excellent hospitality.

There are 7 rooms; each one individual, with a mix of classic and contemporary furnishings. All have beds with handmade mattresses, en suite facilities, eco-friendly toiletries, a television and beverage tray. There are single, double and feature rooms including the Turret Room with its large windows, Smart TV, sleigh bed and seating area in the actual turret.

A hearty breakfast is served in the elegant restaurant in the morning. Guests can also sample dishes from our lunch and dinner menu which feature British classics with a special Ascot House twist! There is free on-site parking at the hotel and we can also cater for weddings, special events and business conferences.
