The Saddle Room

The Saddle Room is an award-winning restaurant with rooms and cottages in a rural setting in Coverdale ideally situated in the heart of Yorkshire Dales National Park. We are also perfectly placed adjecent to The Forbidden Corner family tourist attraction welcoming over 120 thousand visitors per year. Offering accommodation, superb food and an extensive wine cellar and bar; The Saddle Room has been awarded an AA 5-Star rating and a Herriot Award for Local Restaurant of the Year.

There are 9 traditional bed and breakfast suites, all situated in the grounds of Tupgill Park, with king, double and twin-sized rooms available. Each have their own en suite facilities and a complimentary breakfast is served in the morning. Guests can also stay in one of the 7 luxurious recently refurbished self-catering cottages, sleeping up to 10 guests.

Menus are available to view online. We can also cater for weddings (up to 120 people), group holidays and private dining events.
