The Old Vicarage

The Old Vicarage is a luxurious self-catering home overlooking the River Swale, 6 miles outside of Richmond. Nestled on the fringes of the Yorkshire Dales and catering for 9 guests, it has well-appointed leisure facilities and beautiful grounds. This accommodation is prestigiously Visit England 5-Star Gold rated, also with a ROSE award.

The whole house is elegantly furnished, with a spacious living room featuring a wood burning stove, fully equipped modern country kitchen, dining room, 3 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single. There are also 3 large bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. Additionally, the snug can be used as an office or reading room. A pet room is available for canine companions.

Guests have access to an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym and tennis courts. As well as our on-site leisure facilities, we offer a number of activities that are tailored especially for you, in the comfortable surroundings of The Old Vicarage, such as yoga classes, health or beauty treatments and painting / drawing workshops. There are also many lovely walks and cycleways to enjoy in and around the area.
