Braedene Lodge

A warm and friendly welcome awaits guests staying at this bright and cheery guesthouse in the heart of Paignton. Owners Sharon and Ozzie are very experienced and proud to be awarded 3 stars from Visit England. They will ensure that you will have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Most of the rooms are en-suite with some offering balconies. All rooms are equipped with a freeview TV, tea and coffee making facilities, free wifi, radio and central heating. There is also an in house hair dressing salon. You have your own key access so you can come and go as you please. There are special rates for children staying too. A full English breakfast is included and served in our clean, homely dining room. We can also cater for special diets.

The Braedene Lodge is ideally located for local beaches, with the award winning Preston Sands beach only a few minutes walk away offering clean sands and gorgeous coastal walks . There are also bars, restaurants and shops only a stones throw away. There is a free private car park available, but we are very close to bus links to Brixham and Torquay if you wish to explore the English Riviera by public transport.
