You will fall in love with Fluxton Farm; a beautiful old Devon longhouse situated just south of the town of Ottery St Mary in East Devon. A warm welcome awaits you in this charming English establishment which retains many of its original 16th century features. All rooms have fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Single people most welcome. Fluxton is no longer a working farm, but we have our own cats, ducks and chickens. There are lovely gardens, with a stream located in peaceful countryside only 4 miles from the coast and Sidmouth. When you want to relax in the evening, we have the benefit of 2 guest lounges.

Ottery St. Mary has given literary inspiration to many. The birthplace of the poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge, it is now known to a generation of Harry Potter readers as Ottery St. Catchpole! Ottery is home to the stunning St Mary parish church. Take a walk down the river Otter where there are resident beavers, otters and kingfishers. In June, there is Pixie Day which is a sight to behold. The Ottery St Mary Tar Barrels in November is the towns most famous event where men shouldering flaming tar barrels run through the town!

Please note we offer bed only and do not provide breakfasts. A car is essential when visiting this tranquil location.
