Dunkery Beacon Country House

Dunkery Beacon Country House is a multi-award-winning establishment run by Jane and John Bradley. The highest standards of guest service and luxurious accommodation will ensure that you have a wonderful short break or holiday in this peaceful countryside location in the village of Wootton Courtenay on Exmoor, West Somerset.

Our rooms are tastefully decorated, immaculate and well-resourced. On the ground floor, there is a twin / super-king-size room; on the first floor, we have a luxury 4-poster suite, premier 4-poster suite, cosy double and standard double. On the 2nd floor, is a luxury double and a standard double. Rooms have luxury en-suite facilities, except the 2nd floor twin room which has an adjacent private bathroom.

Dine in The Coleridge Restaurant where we serve a delicious range of food using local seasonal produce, including vegetables from our own garden. We are happy to cater for a range of dietary requirements. We have a fine wine list courtesy of Berry Bros and Rudd, London. We can provide picnic hampers by arrangement. Our guest lounge comes complete with log burner.

Dunkery Beacon has complimentary Wifi, ample private car parking, a drying room for cyclists and walkers and there are dog-friendly rooms available.
