Trem Yr Ynys is a self-catering holiday property in Betws-y-Coed, in the picturesque Snowdonia National Park. Nestled along the River Llugwy and only a short walk from local shops, restaurants and pubs in the village, it provides a comfortable and convenient home-from-home for up to 8 guests.

Spanning 3 floors, the lounge has a leather suite, satellite TV, DVD player and patio doors to the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a 4-poster bed and there is also a double and 2 twin bedrooms, plus 2 bathrooms.

Outside, the garden has a patio area and a lawn leading down to the river. There is ample off-road car parking for up to 3 cars and pets are welcome. Swallow Falls is a 2-mile walk along the river from the house and there are many other activities to try in the local area including climbing, kayaking, horse riding and golfing.
