Hafod Rhug Uchaf

Hafod Rhug Uchaf is a traditional Welsh stone cottage on a family-owned farm in the village of Waunfawr, 4 miles from Caernarfon. Full of character with original stone walls and beamed ceilings, coupled with modern self-catering facilities, the cottage is surrounded by open fields and has views of Snowdonia and Caernarfon Bay.

Sleeping 5 guests, there is a cosy lounge with sofa, wood burning stove, Freeview TV and DVD player, as well as a dining / sitting room with dining table, chairs, open fire, sofa and high backed chairs. The fully-equipped galley kitchen includes a washing machine and there are 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and family bathroom.

Outside the cottage is a terrace area with a barbeque and ample car parking. Guests are welcome to wander along the footpaths around the farm and meet the resident sheep. A welcome pack of groceries will be waiting on arrival to help you settle in, with delicious homemade bara brith.
