Yarn Market Hotel

Yarn Market is a warm and welcoming family run hotel in the centre of Dunster, in Exmoor National Park. We are proudly accredited as a 3-Star by Enjoy England and specialise in walking holidays and special interest breaks such as Artists, Gardens, Music, Walking, Folk Dancing, Railways, Choral, Bridge Breaks, Jazz Weekends and of course Christmas and New Year breaks.

The Gables, our main restaurant, seats up to 65 and in our smaller room, 20. We are open all year and are perfect for short breaks, holidays and business users. There are 28 en-suite guest bedrooms, including family rooms and suites, many with views out over the village. Exmoor and Dunster rooms have 4-poster and king-sized beds. We also have dog friendly rooms available. All come with a beverage tray and television, and we also have a drying and boot room for walkers.

Dunster is a popular medieval village with an ancient castle, priory, dovecote, yarn market, packhorse bridge and mill. Dunster Castle, owned by the National Trust, is well worth a visit. The village is an excellent base from which to explore Exmoor.
