All 3 cottages have parking and dogs are allowed.

The Farmhouse is a spacious stone cottage for 10 guests, with 2 sitting rooms, 6 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms. Y Stable and Y Beudy are the old stone former outbuildings converted into cottages for 4 to 6. They have an open plan living area, 2 bedrooms, a family bathroom and shared laundry facilities. Y Stable has an extra room with a sofa bed which can be used as an additional sitting room or bedroom.

Llanbedr is on the A496 coast road between Barmouth and Harlech. The railway station is conveniently close for guests travelling by public transport and the village has 3 pubs serving food, the Victoria Inn, the Ty-Mawr and Hafan Artro. There is also a small shop and cycle hire.
