1 Church Terrace is a beautiful 17th century cottage situated in the traditional Welsh village of Bodfari between the towns of Ruthin and Prestatyn. Surrounded by the scenic Clwyd Valley and only a short drive from the beaches along the North Wales coast, this accommodation provides a perfect self-catering holiday home for couples or small families.

The interior has been refurbished to a high standard to comfortably accommodate 3 guests. The lounge has a wood burning stove, leather sofas, television and dining table / chairs. The recently fitted galley kitchen has all the modern amenities including an integrated cooker, fridge, microwave and washer / dryer.

Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with king size double bed, a small bedroom with day bed and bathroom with bathtub and shower over. Outside, the private garden has a barbeque and outdoor seating. There is a lockable shed for the storage of bikes / equipment, plus off-road parking. Bodfari village has a gallery, cafe, pub and scenic walks.
