Eyarth Station Guest House is a former Victorian railway station offering a wealth of history, with bed and breakfast accommodation. Located in a rural setting, 2 miles south of Ruthin, this B & B is surrounded by the wooded Vale of Clwyd with the peaks of Snowdonia in the distance. It provides a friendly and relaxed place to stay for walkers, cyclists and travellers looking for a peaceful and scenic setting. Owners Michelle and Jim offer a warm welcome and excellent hospitality.

Our lovely bedrooms feature en suite facilities, views across to the Clwydian mountains and are named after famous trains or people who worked them. The Flying Scotsman is a family room on the ground floor with a double, a single bed and walk-in en suite shower and Orient Express is the other family room with a double and 2 single beds. Mallard and Porters Room both have king size beds, and Chief Stoker is a twin room. Each is equipped with complimentary toiletries, a TV with Freeview channels, hairdryer and beverage tray.

Guests enjoy a hearty breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal, juices, local marmalades and jams, yogurt and toast, followed by a cooked meal with locally-sourced sausages and bacon. Packed lunches and a 3-course evening meal can be provided with prior arrangement. There are an abundance of local walking routes and trails surrounding Eyarth Station, including nearby Offa’s Dyke National Trail. Pick-ups for walkers can be arranged if required.
