Housed in a stunning Victorian building, The Rowcroft offers a warm welcome, 3 star, licensed guest accommodation and a great location just a short level stroll from the glorious beaches and overlooking a tranquil park complete with boating lake.

All of our comfortable en-suite bedrooms bedrooms are fully equipped with all that you will need for a wonderful stay including TV, Freeview, clock and radio alarms and tea and coffee making facilities. For the convenience of families with babies there is a guest bathroom on the ground floor. Our airy dining room seats 30, some places overlooking the park opposite and you can enjoy a delicious freshly cooked breakfast using the very best local ingredients. Relax in the lounge, fan-cooled in summer and enjoy park and sea views or our bar provides a place to unwind with a drink, we offer a wide range of cooled bottled and canned beers, wines, spirits, liqueurs and soft drinks.

An excellent base for exploring all that the English Riviera has to offer, less than ten minutes walk to Paignton Town centre where you will find many shops and restaurants, Paignton Zoo approx 15 minutes walk away. The glorious Steam Railway is just across the park. With so much to see and do right on the doorstep you will be spoilt for choice here!
