Kirkholm B&B

Kirkholm Bed and Breakfast is a stone cottage situated in the village of Carsphairn, mid-way between Castle Douglas and Ayr. Surrounded by wonderful uninterrupted views of the Galloway Forest Park, it provides a peaceful and scenic location for people visiting the area. Owners Marian and Ian will ensure you are well looked after throughout your visit.

There are 3 lovely guest rooms; 2 rooms which can be arranged with a king size or twin beds as preferred, as well as a single room. Each is equipped with refreshment tray and one of the double rooms has its own en suite bathroom. Guests can make use of the shared lounge with its TV, DVD player and free Wifi, or sit in the lovely garden and enjoy the views.

A hearty breakfast is included and we can provide evening meals. Laundry and drying facilities are also available. Free car parking is located nearby and there is secure storage for bicycles and equipment. Carsphairn is a popular base for fishing, birdwatching, cycling, climbing and walking. The Scottish Dark Sky Observatory is located about 10 miles north of the village.
