Thistle Lodges

Thistle Lodges at Sandhills Bay are 3 luxurious Scandinavian-style holiday homes, each for 8 guests, located in a scenic coastal setting 5 minutes’ walk from Sandyhills Bay. Visit Scotland 3-Star rated, with uninterrupted views across the Solway Firth, guests have access to an on-site restaurant, bar, swimming pool and sauna. Families, golfers, walkers, cyclists and dogs are all welcome!

The 3 lodges; Bainloch, Laggan Hill and Braemar, are 2-storey, with a balcony to each floor, central heating and double glazing to all windows. Downstairs is an open plan living room that opens out onto a decked area, with Smart TV, DVD player, leather sofas, fully-equipped kitchen and dining space. There is also a double bedroom.

Upstairs, is a main bedroom with en suite shower room, and a family room that opens out onto a balcony and includes 4 single beds. There is also a bathroom, outside dining area, car parking and facilities for bicycles. The lodges can be booked separately or together for multiple families or groups of 16 to 24 people. Dogs stay free-of-charge.
