Grovewood House Bed and Breakfast is situated near the village of Kirkbean along the Solway Coast. This B & B is Visit Scotland 3-Star rated and owners Ian and Dawn offer a very warm welcome. The house is in an attractive setting, surrounded by well-established gardens and only 12 miles south of Dumfries.
Our bedrooms have beautiful décor, a comfortable double bed and en suite bathroom with freestanding bath. A cooked full Scottish breakfast is served in the morning. Guests are able to explore our extensive gardens and sit out on the patio or under the gazebo, weather-permitting.
Car parking is available on-site and we also welcome bikers touring the area. Kirkbean village is situated on the main A710 Colvend coast road and provides an ideal base to explore Dumfries and Galloway. This tranquil village is surrounded by pleasant farmland, with Criffel Hill as a backdrop to the north.
