Kirkpatrick House

Kirkpatrick House in the beautiful village of Kirkpatrick-Fleming is a Georgian country house offering bed and breakfast or self-catering accommodation. Set in its own private grounds and gardens, the house is just 3 miles from Gretna Green and there is ample on-site guest car parking.

There are double and twin rooms, with use of a spacious shared bathroom, plus a suite with a mahogany 4-poster bed, en suite Arabian-style bathroom with large sunken bath and twin sinks. The Lodge Annexe is a self-contained building for couples, featuring a double bedroom, separate lounge, kitchen / diner and bathroom.

Guests can enjoy a delicious full Scottish breakfast in the morning made with local ingredients, including fresh eggs from our own hens. Guests staying at The Lodge Annexe can choose to have a continental breakfast delivered in the comfort of their own dining area.
