The Steam Packet Inn

The Steam Packet Inn is a welcoming family run pub with guest rooms situated in the pretty fishing village of Isle of Whithorn. Offering good food, friendly bar areas and views across the harbour, it is an ideal base for visiting the area’s historical sites, as well as walking, fishing, golf and bird watching.

Most of the 6 bedrooms have harbour views. All are decorated in a contemporary style and equipped with either a double or king size bed, en suite shower or bathroom facilities, TV, comfy chairs, free Wifi and a refreshment tray for hot drinks. Families and dogs can be accommodated with prior notice.

There are 2 dining rooms which are open Wednesday to Friday for evening meals and at the weekend for lunches and evening dinner. The bar is open throughout the week where there is a wide variety of drinks including the home brewed Five Kingdoms Ale. Please see the website for more information.
