Kilfillan Cottage

Kilfillan Cottage is a charming self-catering holiday home located in the coastal village of Garlieston in Dumfries and Galloway. A former railway station, the cottage is on ground floor level and has been carefully renovated to offer a comfortable place to stay for up to 4 people.

The lounge has a wood burning stove, leather suite, TV and French doors opening out to the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are laundry facilities in the utility room; as well as a double bedroom, twin room and family bathroom. Heating is derived from a biomass boiler and electricity from solar power to make the cottage eco-friendly. Outside is a large lawned garden with table and chairs, with a long driveway for cars. There are many lovely coastal walks around the bay and the botanical gardens at Galloway House are less than 2 miles away.
