The Chauffeur’s Apartment is a listed first floor property sleeping 6, featuring a living area with an open fire; plus 3 bedrooms, a drying room, bathroom and shower room. Balker Lodge is the former gatehouse on ground floor level, sleeping 2 in a double bedroom, plus there is a living room with wood burning stove; and a bathroom. Ice Cottage, named after the Victorian ice house close by, sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. It has a living room with wood burner; and a bathroom. All have a kitchen, TV, Wifi, private garden, parking and use of 2 bikes. Dogs are allowed.

The Southern Upland Way is located close by, as is the River Luce which offers fly fishing.
