Heron House

Heron House Boutique B & B is a charming Georgian home located in the village of Bampton near Tiverton, providing an ideal base for exploring the Devon countryside. Situated on the fringes of Exmoor National Park with the National Cycle Route 3 passing by the front door, we welcome a broad range of travellers, including walkers and cyclists. Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome too.

The 3 guest rooms are elegantly decorated and well-appointed, with a TV, Wifi access, hairdryer and hospitality tray. Our largest guest bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. The second room can be arranged with twin beds or a king size bed and has en suite facilities and the third is a 4-poster room, also with an en suite. Breakfast is cooked-to-order from fresh local ingredients and guests can also pre-book a sumptuous evening meal if required.

This B & B benefits from a shared lounge and garden area which guests are welcome to use. On-street parking is available at the front of the house with additional parking in the village car park, which is located almost opposite.
