Bratton Mill Cottage

Bratton Mill have 3 charming self-catering holiday cottages situated on the site of a former mill on the western edge of Exmoor, near the village of Bratton Flemming. Set in 28 acres of grounds accessed by a private lane, this is a peaceful setting for holidays. Dogs are welcome and there are also facilities for horses.

The Cottage is a 17th century 2-bedroomed home for 4 people, The Farmhouse can sleep 8 to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms and The Folly is a riverside studio-style annexe for 2. All have retained much of their original character whilst offering all the modern comforts including heating, Wifi, a well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom.

Bratton Mill is an idyllic hideaway surrounded by wildlife, with a stream. It is a short walk to the pub and village shop. The local area is ideal for walking and cycling and there is also trout fishing along the river. Barnstaple and the North Devon coast beaches are within an easy drive. Cottages can be let separately or all together as preferred.
