The Half Moon Inn

The Half Moon Inn is a 16th century former fishing inn situated in the village of Sheepwash near Beaworthy. Awarded a TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award 2023, the inn has a friendly bar, great food and comfortable guest accommodation. We can also offer fishing along the River Torridge.

The bedrooms are located in the main building or the courtyard annex. All are well-appointed, with en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, a television, free Wifi and refreshment tray for making tea and coffee. Choose from double, twin and family sized rooms. Some of the bedrooms allow dogs.

A hearty breakfast is included and the restaurant offers food, serving home cooked fayre. Current menus are available to view on our website. Packed lunches are also available if you are heading out for the day. The Inn has plenty of car parking and secure bike storage.
