Located in a remote clifftop setting along the beautiful North Devon Heritage Coast, Berry House is a grand country property in the hamlet of Stoke, about 2 miles outside of the village of Hartland. A superb spacious holiday home catering for up to 24 guests, up to 2 dogs are also welcome by arrangement.

This self-catering holiday home for group holidays hosts excellent facilities, including a private hot tub and games barn with pool, table football, table tennis and more. Specialist activities can be arranged, such as clay pigeon shooting, archery, pistol shooting, beauty treatments or Murder Mystery and Casino Nights.

The main sitting room retains Georgian panelled walls, coved ceilings and an open fire. The kitchen is well-equipped and leads into a separate breakfast room and there is also a dining room, 10 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a wine cellar with laundry facilities. The garden features a lawn, terrace, BBQ, hot tub and games barn.

The area offers a wealth of activities. Cycle the Tarka Trail, walk the SW Coast Path, go surfing at Westward Ho! or Croyde Bay, visit the picturesque villages of Appledore and Clovelly or plan a day trip to The Big Sheep. The National Trust’s Lundy Island can be reached by a boat from Bideford and is popular with divers, climbers and birdwatchers.
