Estuary View is a luxurious holiday home in Dartmouth, purposely designed to maximise the stunning views across the River Dart and down to the estuary. Visit England 4-Star rated and situated along one of the narrow traffic-free streets in the Above Town area, it provides excellent self-catering holiday facilities for up to 8 guests.

Upstairs, the spacious living room looks across the river, with patio doors opening out onto the outdoor viewing balcony. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, integrated oven and hob. The conservatory dining room has a glazed ceiling and full-sized windows for guests to enjoy the panoramic views whilst seated around the large dining table.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor; a main en suite bedroom with king size double bed and balcony on the first floor, and an additional twin room in the annexe. There are also 2 bathrooms, access to Wifi and central heating throughout, with laundry facilities in the utility room. In addition, the beautiful rooftop garden is the perfect place to relax in the sunshine. Off-road parking is available for 2 cars and pets are allowed.
