Newhouse Barton Cottages

Located between Dartmoor National Park and the South Devon coast, Newhouse Barton Cottages comprise 8 excellent self-catering holiday homes which have been sensitively restored from former stone barns and buildings, with on-site facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool and games room. There is plenty of car parking available.

The cottages all include a comfortable lounge with a wood burning stove, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, master king size en suite bedroom and contemporary shower / bathrooms. Four of the cottages can sleep 4, two sleep 6, one sleeps 7 and the largest can sleep 10 people.

The heated indoor pool, with its recently refurbished changing rooms, is open to all guests staying in the cottages. The games room includes a pool table, table tennis and toys, plus there is also outdoor play equipment, as well as benches and picnic tables for al fresco relaxation.

There are many places to see and things to do just a short drive away, such as Totnes, Torquay, Teignmouth, Paignton and Exeter. Family attractions include Cockington Country Park, Crealy Adventure Park, Woodlands Adventure Park and the Dartmouth and South Devon Heritage Steam Railways. Dartmoor National Park is also within easy reach.
