Broadshade Holiday Apartments offer a selection of self-catering holiday accommodation and winter lets, situated in the centre of Paignton. A grand villa built in 1902, located in a quiet residential area, yet still close to the beaches and amusements, it has been carefully modernised into 13 well-appointed apartments.

Each apartment has its own individual layout and style. There are studio-style apartments for 2 to 4 guests with an open plan living/sleeping area; those with an additional single or twin bedroom and double bed in the lounge to cater for 3 to 4 guests, and 2-bedroomed apartments for up to 7 people, with 2 twin bedrooms and a double bed in the living room.

All have free Wifi, Freeview TV, well-equipped kitchenette and en suite shower room. There is a shared laundry room, private car parking and a large garden.
