Traine Farm Cottages

Taine Farm Cottages are 4 superb self-catering holiday cottages set on a 120-acre working farm with sea views, overlooking the coastal village of Wembury, just 7 miles from Plymouth. Surrounded by fields and countryside, the cottages are also only a mile away from Wembury Beach. Sisters Claire and Jen look forward to welcoming you to the farm.

All of the cottages have been sensitively converted from former barns and contain a fully-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, central heating, outdoor seating and car parking. Guests can use the shared playroom, games room and laundry facilities on-site. Clowberry and Rede have disabled facilities. Rede is also dog-friendly.

Clowberry sleeps 6 people, with a downstairs double bedroom and wet room, plus a large family room for 4 upstairs. Cory Cottage sleeps 4 in a double and bunk-bedded room and Calmady sleeps 3 to 5 in a double bedroom, single room and has a double sofa bed in the lounge. Rede Cottage is a cosy haven for couples on ground floor level, with a double bedroom.

Wembury has a National Trust beach with a café and Wembury Marine Centre, which offers a variety of activities including rockpool rambles. For horse riding, visit Wembury Bay Riding School, next to the beach, and for golfers, Staddon Heights Golf Course is just a 5-minute drive away. Plymouth is a bustling port city with a wide variety of amenities and attractions.
