Holmleigh House

Holmleigh House is in an excellent location opposite Jubilee Gardens in the seaside town of Seaton in East Devon. This B & B offers Visit England 4-Star Gold Award rated bed and breakfast accommodation, also with a Breakfast Award and Bronze Award for Green Tourism. Hosts Linnea and Nigel offer a very warm welcome and excellent hospitality.

All 3 of the guest rooms are furnished to a high standard and immaculately presented. There are 2 doubles and a twin room with modern en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, a TV, well-stocked beverage tray and a few extra touches to make you feel at home.

Guests can also sit in the lounge in front of the roaring fire and watch the television. After a good night’s sleep, enjoy a full English breakfast or other options including smoked salmon or Eggs Benedict. Vegetarian and vegan choices are also available.
