The Barn & Pinn Cottage

Welcome to The Barn and Pinn Cottage, a charming 15th century thatched cottage nestled within 2 acres of beautifully-maintained gardens on the outskirts of Sidmouth. Offering Visit England 4-Star rated Gold and Breakfast awarded B & B facilities, we also have a self-catering holiday let for 2 to 4 guests.

All 10 rooms have their own character. There are single, twin and double bedrooms including one on the ground floor, which is accessible for guests with disabilities, with its own en suite wet room; and 4-poster rooms with their own garden area. All rooms are equipped with en suite showers, a TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray.

Guests can relax in the resident’s lounge or gardens. Breakfast is served in The Barn and evening meals are available by arrangement. The self-catering holiday let for 2 to 4 guests has a double bedroom, comfortable open plan living area featuring a sofa bed, kitchenette and shower room. There is ample on-site car parking.
