The Black Bull Hotel

Welcome to The Black Bull Hotel, a 17th century inn overlooking the village green in Reeth, with views of Swaledale. Dating back to 1680s, the building still has its original beamed ceilings, flagstone floors, an inglenook fireplace and stone-built bar serving a variety of drinks including real ales. Families and dogs are welcome.

Our guest accommodation rooms are equipped with double or twin beds, a TV and beverage tray for making tea and coffee. There is space for additional folding beds for children in some of the rooms. A delicious breakfast is included in your stay. Bed and breakfast rates or dinner, bed and breakfast rates are available.

Food is served throughout the day, with locally-sourced meats, vegetables, fresh fish, seafood and blackboard specials. A selection of lighter bar meals are also available. Sunday lunchtimes feature our popular carvery. Enjoy a drink or have a game of pool or darts in the bar. There are also regular live entertainment events.
