Farm Cottage is nestled in a rural location in the North Yorkshire village of Sleights, 3.5 miles from Whitby. Peacefully situated at the end of a country lane, adjoining the owner’s farmhouse, with views across open fields and a small paddock and stream to the rear, this is an idyllic setting for a holiday for up to 6 guests. The cottage is a short stroll from the village amenities including local shops and 2 welcoming pubs.

On the ground floor is a comfortable lounge with a television featuring Now Tv entertainment package and Netflix, with doors leading to a patio area and garden. There is also a well-equipped kitchen / diner area. On the first floor is a king-sized en suite bedroom and a bathroom. The second floor has 2 twin bedrooms. A travel cot and stairgate can be provided for families. Wifi is also available. There is parking and dogs are welcome.

Available year round, this cottage is ideal for countryside and coast holidays. On the edge of the North York Moors National Park, Sleights is a haven for outdoors enthusiasts, with its abundance of local hiking and biking opportunities, as well as sailing and fishing on the River Esk. The area has many characterful villages including Goathland (Aidensfield from ‘Heartbeat’) and Grosmont, the North York Moors Steam Railway terminus.
