Wellspring Farm

Wellspring Farm have 3 holiday cottages set within 8 acres of tranquil gardens and farmland near the village of Sawdon on the edge of the North York Moors. Formally called Basin Howe Farm, new owners the Ward Family would like to welcome new and returning guests to their recently-refurbished self-catering holiday homes in a beautiful location, just 10 miles west of Scarborough.

Moor Cottage and Wold Cottage sleep 4 guests and the spacious Vale Cottage sleeps 8 people and is suitable for guests with disabilities. It has improved access, en suite wet room to the downstairs bedroom and level patio area. Dogs are allowed in some of the cottages. All have a fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, plus a TV, free Wifi and private patio area.

There is off-road parking and storage for bicycles. All guests can enjoy the attractive rose garden and orchard, with picnic areas, seating and a viewing pod for stargazing.
