Whitby Railway Cottages

Whitby Railway Cottages are 3 luxurious and modern self-catering holiday homes built in 2009, all situated between the railway line and River Esk in Whitby. Also convenient for the town centre and seafront, visitors can watch the steam trains from the North York Moors Railway puffing past and enjoy lovely estuary views.

Poppy Nook, Railway Mews and Thyme Out all sleep 4 guests. Situated adjacent to each other, multiple cottages can be booked together for groups or families. Each has a lounge featuring comfy sofas, TV, free Wifi and an iPod dock. There is also a kitchen with dishwasher and washer / dryer. The bedrooms comprise a king size and twin room and there is a family bathroom.

Outside each cottage, there is an enclosed lawned garden with a patio area for al fresco dining, plus an allocated car parking space. Dogs are allowed in all 3 cottages with prior agreement. The town centre amenities are only a 5-minute walk away and the beach is just slightly further on.
