Holly and Harvest

Holly Barn and Harvest Cottage are luxurious single-storey holiday homes nestled within 170 acres of arable land on Middleton Lodge Farm, a former working farm on the edge of the North York Moors, with views towards the Cleveland Hills, Roseberry Topping and the market town of Stokesley. Middlesbrough is within an easy drive.

Both cottages were sensitively converted from farm outbuildings to retain characterful features, which are now coupled with a host of contemporary amenities including central heating, Wifi and a private hot tub. The cottages are family and pet-friendly. Each cottage also has a fenced garden, dog exercise field access and parking for 2 cars.

Holly Barn sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The living room has a Smart TV, DVD player, leather suite and French doors opening to the garden and hot tub. The kitchen includes a table and chairs, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and washer / dryer. There is a king size bedroom and twin room, with a house bathroom.

Harvest Cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. The living room has a Smart TV with DVD player, leather suite and French doors opening onto the patio, garden and hot tub. There is also a spacious farmhouse-style kitchen with large centre table and chairs, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and washing machine. The bedrooms comprise a king size en suite room, double bedroom and a twin. There are 2 shower rooms.
