Cwmwythig Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast

Cwmwythig Farmhouse is a bed and breakfast on a family-owned dairy farm, also with luxurious self-catering holiday cottages. Near the village of Capol Bangor and just 4 miles east of Aberystwyth and located off the A44 road, this beautiful farmhouse accommodation overlooks the Rheidol Valley. The local village has 2 pubs that serve good food and The Tynllidiart Arms even has the smallest brewery in the world.

The bed and breakfast rooms are in the main farmhouse; each featuring a TV, free Wifi and facilities for making tea and coffee. There are double, twin or triple bedrooms, some of which have their own private bathroom and 2 are on the ground floor. The shared bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower cubicle. There is also a resident’s lounge and conservatory area. A hearty full Welsh breakfast is served in the morning.

There is a variety of excellent self-catering cottages and farmhouses, some of which have their own hot tubs. Varying from cosy cottages for 2 to larger properties sleeping 12 to 14 guests, we can provide the perfect holiday home for couples, families or groups. The surrounding area offers many activities and places of interest including bird watching, walking, horse riding, golf, bicycle tracks and a narrow gauge railway.
