Situated just a short stroll from the sandy beach at Cwmtydu Cove, Melyn-y-Gors Bed and Breakfast provides welcoming accommodation for overnight stays, short breaks or holidays. A mile-and-a-half from Llwyndafydd, it provides an ideal location for exploring Cardigan Bay and the many wonderful attractions of Ceredigion.

All bedrooms are well-appointed and include a TV, free Wifi and beverage tray. There are single, double, twin and family rooms; with most having their own en suite facilities. Free parking is available outside the B & B and dogs are allowed with prior permission from the owners Lynn and Aled. A delicious breakfast is included and served in the dining room in the morning. The licensed bar stocks a variety of drinks which can be enjoyed inside or out on the terrace.

Cwmtydu beach is situated c. 4 miles south-west of New Quay on a beautiful stretch of the Ceredigion coastline. Set in a secluded cove at the end of the Dewi Valley, this tranquil beach enjoys unspoilt views over Cardigan Bay. With the Ceredigion Coast Path passing through, spectacular cliff top views can be enjoyed in both directions and offers the opportunity to spot dolphins, porpoises and grey Atlantic seals, as well as a host of bird life.
