Neuadd Farm Holiday Cottages

Neuadd Farm Holiday Cottages comprise 9 holiday homes nestled on a family farm just outside the village of Llwyndafydd, in between the seaside villages of Llangrannog and New Quay. The cottages provide a scenic countryside location and are Visit Wales 5-Star rated, with facilities including a swimming pool and tennis courts.

The cottages sleep 2, 4 or 6 guests. All have been sensitively converted from traditional stone barns and farm buildings, each having abundant charm and character, with beamed ceilings. The cottages have contemporary décor and facilities including Wifi, underfloor heating, a lounge, fully-equipped kitchen, bath / shower room and an outdoor seating area. Some have a wood burning stove, balcony, sunny patio or are pet-friendly.

Multiple cottages can be booked together for larger groups and all can be viewed online on our website, where you can also check availability. All of our guests can enjoy use of the outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play areas. There are many excellent walks around the farm and local area and our resident animals including donkeys, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits and ducks are always looking for new friends!
