River Cottage and Cwn Mill are 2 self-catering holiday homes to let, situated in a peaceful valley along the banks of the River Monnow, just 8 miles away from Hay-on-Wye and close to the edge of the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons. These cottages are ideally placed for a relaxing break and wide range of outdoors pursuits.

On ground floor level, River Cottage can sleep 4 to 6 guests. The open plan living area has beautiful exposed stone walls, a wood burning stove, sofa, double sofa bed, Satellite TV, dining table and kitchen area, plus French doors opening out onto the patio. There is also a double en suite bedroom, a twin bedroom and bathroom.

Cwm Mill is a 4-bedroomed cottage for 8 to 10 guests. This property has beamed ceilings, a wood burning stove in the inglenook fireplace, 3-piece suite and TV, plus a games room which can also be used as an additional bedroom, separate spacious kitchen / diner, en suite main bedroom, a bathroom and additional WC. Both cottages have Wifi, an enclosed garden and private parking.
