Holt Farm Holiday Cottages are 4 self-catering holiday homes situated in picturesque Herefordshire countryside near Hay-on-Wye. Each one individually-renovated from former farm buildings, they retain many characterful and charming features whilst offering a host of contemporary facilities, including access to Wifi. Owners Ruth and Gordon provide a warm welcome!

Holt Stable is a cosy cottage for 2 people, with a downstairs living area and a double bedroom up a spiral staircase in the gallery. Holt Wain House is a luxurious ground floor cottage for 4 featuring 2 bedrooms with double or twin beds, a wet room and private hot tub. The larger Holt Farm House and Holt Barn both sleep 8 in 3 bedrooms. The Barn has a dining hall seating up to 22 guests and the House has a private hot tub outside.

Holt Barn is bookable alone or with any combination of our cottages. Book all 4 cottages for your special event and have exclusive use of the whole Holt Farm site for family celebrations, group gatherings, as well as hen and stag parties.
