The oldest licensed pub in Wales, The Groes Inn is an historic family-owned pub with guest rooms in the Conwy Valley. Parts of the inn date back to the 15th century, providing a rustic characterful charm, coupled with a host of contemporary comforts. There is ample car parking, with an EV charging point. The inn is dog-friendly.

All guest bedrooms are beautifully decorated and include en suite facilities, a TV, free Wifi and a hospitality tray. There are twin rooms, king size rooms, family suites with an extra double sofa bed, rooms opening out onto a private terrace and some which have uninterrupted mountain views. Some of the rooms also allow dogs.

Breakfast is available and food is also served at lunch and dinner in our restaurant, conservatory or out in the beer garden. Classic dishes are complimented by options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets and children. Our bar, with a cosy roaring fire, stocks a wide variety of drinks including our own brew, Dragon’s Fire Ale!
