A quiet and secluded setting close to the Pennine Way and just 2 miles north-west of the market town of Hebden Bridge, this property sleeps up to 10 people and provides a comfortable holiday home for families, walking or group holidays.

Guests will find beautiful original exposed stonework, fireplaces and stone mullion windows. There are 2 lounge areas, plus another open plan living area featuring a sitting room, spacious dining area and kitchen, with a separate utility room and library. Upstairs, there is a master en suite double bedroom, 3 double rooms and a twin room. Folding beds can be provided for additional guests. There is also a large bathroom, downstairs WC and Wifi throughout the property. Guests can sit out on the veranda and patio and enjoy the scenic countryside views. There are also carefully maintained gardens and ample off-road car parking. The nearest pub is only a 15-minute walk away and serves a range of local ales.
