The Royal

The Royal is a certified eco-friendly guest house ideally situated along the seafront in Eastbourne, providing AA 4-Star rated facilities, with a Visit England Silver Award for Green Tourism. There is Pay and Display parking along the seafront opposite the front entrance and The Royal can provide you with a parking voucher which enables you to park all day in designated bays. Eastbourne train station is a 10-minute walk or short taxi ride away.

There are single, double / twin bedrooms and a spacious suite available. Many offer sea views. All have attractive décor and are equipped with private shower room facilities, complimentary toiletries, a TV with Freeview channels, Wifi, radio alarm clock, hairdryer and a beverage tray with Fairtrade tea and coffee. Bowls, blankets and towels can be provided for accompanying dogs. After a sound night’s sleep in our comfortable beds, a delicious continental breakfast is served in the morning, made with organic and local products.
