The Old Dairy is a charming flint cottage offering self-catering accommodation in the West Sussex village of Patching. Originally built in 1844 as the dairy on the Duke of Norfolk’s Country Estate, it had been used as stables until it was recently converted into a comfortable holiday home for 4 guests with scenic views across open farmland and the South Downs National Park.

All on ground floor level, the cottage has an open plan living area with a high vaulted ceiling featuring original wooden beams. It is equipped with a kitchen including washer / dryer and dishwasher, a dining table, leather suite, TV and French doors opening onto the patio. There is a master en suite double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with TV and DVD player, plus a family bathroom.

Cosy underfloor heating is available throughout the cottage and there is a private garden and plenty of car parking outside. A country pub is situated just half-a-mile away from the cottage, serving food and local ales. There are many beautiful seaside towns on the south coast, just a short drive away, offering sandy beaches, amusements, entertainment and amenities.
