Arun Valley B&B

Offering an ideal base for a short break or holiday in West Sussex, Arun Valley Bed and Breakfast on the family-run Houghton Farm, is situated just a few metres from the South Downs Way and The Monarch’s Way passes through the local village of Houghton. Goodwood and Fontwell Racecourses are within easy driving distance. Group accommodation is also available in our Bunkhouse.

There are 2 bedrooms; one room provides configurations for up to 3 guests and the other can be arranged with a king size bed or twin beds as preferred. Both are well-presented and very comfortable, equipped with a TV, Wifi, hairdryer, beverage tray and use of the bathroom with a shower just down the hall.

There is a wide choice for breakfast in the morning including a full English, smoked salmon or continental-style, with homemade preserves to enjoy. Packed lunches can also be provided for the day ahead. The farm has parking and cycle storage facilities and is a short walk from 2 village inns which serve food.
